We used Prime Cuts Catering for my wedding on Oct. 22, 2011. Everything was PERFECT! I had some “trouble guests” that I was worried would be upset with a grilled dinner like this, but I ended up having LOTS of compliments from my guests. Everyone loved the food (the horseradish is AMAZING, even if you don’t normally like horseradish!) The tri tip was cooked perfectly and the pork sliders were delicious!! The servers and bartenders were very friendly and took great care of our guests.
I can’t wait to have another big party just so I have a reason to get SmokeHouse out to cater for me again!
